  • How to read the working climate in a group and shift it from undesirable to high functioning
  • How to support a team to move forward when it gets stuck
  • How to support a team to transform conflicts
  • How to talk about loaded issues in a group
  • How to give far-reaching powers to the group without abdication
  • How to facilitate discussions about operational issues by asking questions that move things forward
  • How to facilitate collaborative decision-making

Content overview

The course consists of four days of intensive training, led by one of our certified leadership coaches. It begins with two consecutive days where you continue to explore a coaching leadership and mindset, but now in relation to a group. After about a month, when you have practiced your new abilities at home, you build on these two days with more advanced techniques and in-depth training.

The training is designed to develop the mindset and abilities needed for your team to become more self-managed. You’ll explore how to relate to teams in a coaching way, how to shift the working climate, how to facilitate the team to take responsibility, and how to lead effective and involving meetings. Key to this is training in various challenging group situations to get a sense of your default reactions and how your way of being profoundly influences the group’s effectiveness. You’ll get a wealth of new tools and practices that you can apply directly. The training is based on a methodology developed by Tuff Leadership Training over more than twenty years and promises to deliver lasting results.

Practical information

Tuff Leadership Training Step 2 comprises of four days (two + two) from 9.00 – 17.00. Courses are available in English in Stockholm and London. Click the button to the right to see available dates and book a place.


The cost of the training is €2,400 excl. VAT for all four days. The price includes lunch, tea and coffee with snacks, and all materials. You can choose to pay by card or invoice at check-out.
