When the collaboration in a team is not working it’s almost always for the same reason: an outdated leadership and/or an under-developed collaboration climate. We often forget that leadership has to be totally different and that the team needs to be able to work through to a safe and open working climate for themselves. 

Tuff Leadership Training has, for more than 25 years, been working practically with self-managing teams and identified important prerequisites that need to be in place for collaboration to work. It’s all about fundamentally shifting the leadership and to putting effort into developing a trusting, open culture.
