Cancellation policy

Please note the following cancellation policy:

Training programs

If you cannot attend the training, you can always send someone else in your place with no additional fee. If you cancel more than 3 weeks before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 1 week before the course, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. If you cancel less than one week before the course, we will be unable to refund your fee. Tuff Leadership Training may also reserve the right to cancel a course. In this event, you will receive a full refund of the course fee if it has been paid. Reimbursement for any other costs besides the course fee are not refundable.
Special cancellation policy applies to The Human Element.

The Human Element

If cancellation takes place 8-4 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee and the entire cost of board and lodging will be charged. You can always send someone else in your place with no additional fee. Tuff leadership training has the right to cancel a course, as all any fees paid will be refunded. Compensation in addition is not paid.
